crafting time has been sparse in the summer heat here but I've managed to make my contribution to the challenge at Allsorts which is Splish, Splash, Splosh - anything to do with water.
I made a gift tag using a Tilda image with a very marine theme. Looking forward to see what water related creations you come up with.
This week at Allsorts the theme is Fairies and since we are sponsored by Nicecrane Designs, that has the most amazing digital images, I used some from the Fairies and Angels collection when I made this gift bag. Not overly decorated but I think the images don't need that :).
Time for a new challenge at Allsorts and the theme is Summer girls.
My contribution is a gift tag I made for my nephew's girlfriend on her graduation day. Magnolia image and TH paper. Computer generated name tag framed with faux stitching. Flowers from WO.
The time has come for the last challenge at Stampin for the Weekend, it has been a great challenge blog and I've been honoured to be a part of that team. But organizing a challenge blog can be hard work and sometimes life gets in the way so I totally respect Rebekah for her decision. But it is still a sad day and I will miss this challenge.
So, our final theme is Anything goes - but remember to include some form of stamping :). Like I did with the sentiment - my favourite stamp set ever :).
I hope you all had a nice Midsummer evening yesterday and didn't freeze too much :)
It's time for a new challenge at Allsorts called How does your garden grow. And even though the temperature has dropped to around 10 degrees here my garden is bursting with flowers so I've got inspiration.
The strawberries are only in bloom so far but my garden wouldn't be a garden without them.
time for a new challenge at Allsorts and I've chosen to give you a colour combo to work with - Gold, White and one colour of your choice.
My colour of choice is the Distress Ink Peacock Feathers, lovely colour.
This week at Allsortswe have a challenge for you that is totally outside my comfort zone - it's one layer cards. I have a tendency to build layers on layers on layers and I so admire Brenda for creating the most amazing scenes in one layer, but I just can't manage my own. Ah well, a challenge is a challenge. So I took out my distress inks and my most recent favourite stamp set and went to it. They turned out kinda cool though :)
