Allsorts - Time for tea

This week at Allsorts we think it is Time for Tea. I made a gift box, filled with green ginger tea and two tea infusers. The box was a summer present for our chorus director - hence the tag :).

Morning all,
summer holidays are here and I'm on my way back today from the south (been with Lotta - a collegue and friend - to visit Ingela - a former collegue - who has moved to Åhus). And now no more work until mid-August, woohoo!!

But the focus of the post is the challenge at Allsorts where we want you to be inspired by the phrase Time for tea. So I made a tea box, can't have too many of those hehe.

Allsorts - gift box

Saturday so time for another challenge at Allsorts.  This week we want you to make a gift of some sort - could be a gift box, could be a gift tag...

I made a gift box for tea bags. Flowers are handmade from light gold cardstock and distressed with faded jeans and black soot. The bow is hot-glued in place, that's why the ribbon stays so curly ;). Template to the tea box is from Lauren Meaden.
