Allsorts - Sentiment in focus

My turn to host the challenge at Allsorts and I want you to put the sentiment in focus.
I used a sentiment from Winnie and Walter on soft green backing paper with a die cut border for interest and I still need to figure out how to turn the ribbon right so that the dots show on both tails of the bow...

I finally get that clean and crispy stamping now - after years of fussy, shady, half-inked images... By using a picture frame from IKEA, turning it into a misti using this tutorial.

Allsorts - Things with wings

The theme at Allsorts this week is Things with Wings and I opted for butterflies, in the comfort zone for sure! A plain gift tag with butterflies, a big bow and a computer generated sentiment. I added the sentiment below, for personal use. Enjoy!

Allsorts - Feels like autumn

Here in the north of Sweden it sure feels like autumn - actually most of this summer did... So the theme at Allsorts - Feels like Autumn - was quite fitting. A distressed background in green, brown and orange and a stamped Penny Black tree with copper Stickles is my contribution this week.

Allsorts - at least two design papers

This week at Allsorts the challenge is to use at least two design papers. A good opportunity to perhaps use the papers you bought and put in a drawer for later use - or the papers you just look at and gently stroke cause they're so pretty. Using up some design paper means you can get new design paper, you know :). I used three just to be on the safe side :) I die cut the text three times and glued together to get it thick and chipboard like.

Allsorts - new beginnings

This week at Allsorts the theme is New beginnings. I went for a baby card, using an image from Lili of the Valley and masked it off so I could colour the background since I wanted the bunny really white. Just some pretty backing paper and lots of doodling. The stamped sentiment says Welcome to the world in Swedish.
