🍭Allsorts - Take flight 🐝

This week at Allsorts the theme is Take flight. 🐝. I used this adorable stamp from My Favourite Things, fuzzycut the images to give it depth and used glossy paint on the kite. The frame is a die cut from E-bay.

🍭Allsorts - More than a single word

It's time for another challenge at Allsorts, this time Mervi set the theme to:

🔠 More than a single word 🔠

I made a set of cards using stamps from Winnie and Walter on distress coloured background paper and with a simple bow as decoration. I love this sheer ribbon and I always used to buy loads at a time - usually from E-bay - until our national post service started charging silly amounts to handle import taxes for parcels from outside Europe.

The prize this week comes from

Craft Stash is the fastest growing online craft store that specialises in papercraft for card making, journaling, mixed media and much more! We have over 10,000 products to choose from and we’re constantly adding new brands and new products from around the globe.

🍭Allsorts - Say it with flowers 💐🌺

This week at Allsorts the theme is Say it with flowers 💐🌻🌸🌺
My contribution is a gift bag with a mix of flowers in white and blue and some lace trimmings on the paper. Glueing the same paper to the wooden clothes pin that holds the bag closed gives it that little extra love 💝

Sponsor this week is Bee Crafty with a wonderful stamp set.

Bee Crafty is a card making, rubber stamping and scrapbooking supplies shop. They specialise in card and papers, and all associated supplies, inkpads, adhesives, tools, 100’s of scrapbooking papers and 1000’s of other supplies for your card making, scrapbooking and craft projects. Allsorts - soft pastels

Hi there,
this week it's my turn to host the challenge at Allsorts and I want you to start the new year with Soft Pastels.
I made a card using the image Joy from Sugar Nellie, a brand unfortunately not in sale anymore. I punched holes around the image and crocheted a lace edge.

The shape of the card is made by cutting a regular square card with a pair of scissors, careful to not cut through the folding line completely.

This week we have a lovely set of pencils from Stabilo for a lucky winner so good luck!

🍭Allsorts - Anything goes 🎆

It is close to Christmas 🎄🎅so this will be a two week challenge, hosted by Lynn, and the theme is Anything goes.
I really like making gift bags so this is one of the recent ones I have made using mainly bits and pieces from my stash. These bags are really handy to have ready so that you can fill them with candy or tea or a small gift if an invitation to a friend pops up

🍭Allsorts - Inspired by a song

This week at Allsorts Ellie wants us to take inspiration from a song or song title in our creations. I used Let it Snow, one of the songs we sang during our Christmas concert with Snowflake singers.

I printed the pine trees, a free digi from Beccy's place, and stamped the sentiment, mounted on bright pink card and added a colour matching bow. Finished it all off with some sparkling stickles here and there.

Prize this week:

Tattered Lace from the Pastel Heaven collection 2019

🍭Allsorts - Snowmen ⛄or snowflakes ❄️

This week Kath set the challenge at Allsorts to Snowmen ⛄or Snowflakes ❄️ and that fits very well since the Christmas concert with my chorus Snowflake singers is today ❄️🎼🎶🎵

I made a card using an image from Lili of the valley  and a big snowflake die from e-bay.

We have a wonderful stamp set for a lucky winner.

I hope you'll have a wonderful day, I know I will 🎵

🍭Allsorts - Christmas gifts 🎁🛍️

At Allsorts this week the theme is Christmas gifts 🎁. These are some gift bags 🛍️I made containing ingredients for Snowman soup 🥣. The lighting isn't very good (it's November so it's dark almost 24/7 up here in the north) but the text says:

When the weather outside is frightful
snowman soup can be delightful.
May it warm your spirit and your soul
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

When you feel a chill or a "brrrrrrrrr"
use a candy cane stick to stir
Add hot water and sip it slow
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

And the bags contain a candy cane stick, a bag of instant chocolate powder and some mini marshmallows.
