Allsorts - roses

the challenge at Allsorts this week is themed Roses. The most wonderful of flowers, especially on craft projects ;)

I have made a card using a Hanglar image, paper from Pion design and lots of white acrylic paint to get a shabby chic feel to the card. It's a card for one of my collegues at work - guess her subject ;).

Allsorts - favourite colour

the challenge at Allsorts this week is themed Favourite colour. I have a thing for all shades of blue so that was pretty easy. A gift box distressed with Tumbled Glass, Milled Lavender and Stormy Sky and congratulations embossed in gold.

Allsorts - pearls and gems

time for a new challenge at Allsorts, and the theme is pearls and gems. I made a card for a beloved collegue who is moving on to greener pastures :( Wishing her the best but still can't get to terms with the fact that she's gone.
Using an image from Mo Manning and paper from Prima (I think...) I used pearls but not gems but that's ok too :)

Sugar Bowl - anything goes

Hi all, end of July means new challenge at the Sugar Bowl. 
I used Love Songs from Furry Friends, a vellum note paper and some note dies. The challenge theme is Anything goes.

You need a Sugar Nellie image to enter, the challenge will run for a month and we will pick two winners. One winner will get 4 digital images of choice, and the second one will get 2 images of choice.

Allsorts - Use a butterfly

time for a new challenge at Allsorts and this time we want you to use a butterfly. I used lots of them by stamping and gold embossing them to white paper distressed with Milled Lavender, Victorian Velvet, Tumbled Glass and Vintage Photo.

And for those of you wondering about my sewing project last week, I went to a hen party that included pole dancing and I figured a nude suit would be the perfect outfit for that :).

Allsorts - banner or flag

Morning all,
this week at Allsorts the theme is "Use a banner or a flag".
I have used the image  Rosebud  from A passion for Stamps when creating my banner. Punched out with a punch from Stampin´Up and fastened on green ribbon.
