ABC Christmas - W and X

Time for the November challenge at ABC Christmas and we have reached the letters W and X. It is Lynda's turn to host and the letters stand for

W for wreath and/or X for xoxo.

I chose a wreath stamp from Powerpoppy stamps, coloured with distress inks. Those digistamps are such a delight to colour, I just have to make sure I wait until the printer ink has fully dried so it doesn't bleed.

ABC Christmas reminder

 There is still time to enter our U for Use it up or V for Vertical - challenge at ABC Christmas. I used up some glitter paper that has been lying in a drawer for way too long, making a couple of snowman lanterns for tea lights. The white paper (and the black) is a regular paper from a kids' drawing pad, cut on my Silhouette Cameo. Pattern is from Jennifer Maker.

New month, new challenge at ABC Christmas and we have reached U and V.

U is for Use it up and V is for Vertical. 

I made a tag that is vertical in itself and the window adds to that I hope. I cut out the insides of the window to show the distressed colour of the tag to get a feel of a night time view. Sentiment is computer generated. 

                            Prize for a lucky winner is a paper pad and a lovely snowflake die set.

🎄 ABC Christmas - S for snowmen ☃️ and T for three

 The autumn is upon us and here we are again with a new opportunity for you to get your Christmas creations done ahead of time by entering our challenge at ABC Christmas challenge

We have reached S for Snowmen and T for three.

I used some penguins from Digistamp boutique, a brand that seems to be discontinued. Not a lot of colouring going on so the card was finished in no time at all. Sentiment is computer generated using a font called Botton Love Sans.

🎄 ABC Christmas reminder

 Here is a card to remind you that there is still plenty of time to enter our challenge at ABC Christmas. The theme is P for presents, Q for quick and R for robins. 

I went for Q cause this was a very quick card to craft, a scene made with some Lavinia stamps, a sentiment on a tag and done. The only hand coloring is the red berries and the pink nose on the cat 😸.

 I am hosting the August challenge at ABC Christmas where the theme is

P for Presents 🎁

Q for Quick 🏃‍♀️

R for Robin 🐦

and I think the LOTV stamp with robins in a tree was perfect for it.

I masked of a circle for the moon and used distress oxides to create the night background. Then I stamped the image and coloured it with distress inks. Some grey watercolour around the edges of the tree to make a shadow, some liquid pearls as snowflakes and puffy paint on the ground finished the card.

🎄ABC Christmas - N/O

The July challenge at ABC Christmas is N for No layers and/or O for Ornaments. I chose O for Ornaments and I used my bauble stencil from Poppy stamps with distress oxides in green and pink. The raindeer and trees from Lavinia were stamped before removing the stencil so that they seem to be inside the bauble. I then added some puffy paint as snow and a little glitter around the moon.

 It is time for our June challenge at ABC Christmas and the theme is L for lots of layers and/or M for Mice. 

I used an image from Clearly Besotted, coloured with distress inks, on a backing of die cut gold paper. It's a fairly simple card so obviously I chose M for Mice 🐭
