🍭Allsorts - Mothers day/feminine 💄

Hope Easter was lovely and relaxing for you, I had a wonderful time with my family and the sun has melted all snow away. 🌞🕶
This week Mervi set the theme to Mother's Day or feminine. I made a gift bag with homemade backing paper by painting some watercolor paper with distress ink in purple and light blue, diluted with water and perfect pearls - lots of it :)
I love how the paper turned out ✨so I didn't want to cover it with too many decorations.

This week at Allsorts the theme is Blossoms, butterflies and bugs 🌸🐞🌼

I made this card with foamiran flowers in baby blue, die cut some butterflies and went over it all with home made glossy spray.

My turn to introduce this week's challenge at Allsorts. I want you to put the sentiment in focus, just having a sentiment somewhere on the project isn't enough, it needs to be the focal point. Stamp it, print it or write it yourself but it must be the center of attention :)

Allsorts - Use yellow somewhere

Don't know where this post headed off to... It was supposed to go live on Saturday but it didn't for some reason =(

Well, this week at Allsorts Lynn set the theme to Use Yellow. I thought it would be fitting to show the card I usually make each year for the one student at my previous school that has shown to be a great role model for the rest of the school.
