🍭Allsorts - Christmas Flowers 💮 and Wreaths with an Anything Christmas🎄 option

This week Brenda set the theme at Allsorts to Christmas Flowers 💮 and Wreaths with an Anything Christmas🎄 option.

I made a gift tag with white poinsettas and a stamped sentiment on snowflake backing paper. I think this might be the worst photo I've ever taken, have no idea what happened there...

🍭Allsorts - Santa, elves, angels 🎅🧝‍♂️👼

This week Mervi set the theme at Allsorts to Santa 🎅, elves 🧝‍♂️ and/or angels 👼.

I made a card using a santa image I found online here. As backing I used red mirror card and white pearlescent paper. The sentiment die cut is from Nellie Snellen.

Allsorts - Anything goes with a candle, light and all things bright option

This week it is my turn to introduce our next challenge here at Allsorts. Since the days are getting shorter and it darkens quicker I thought it would be fitting to have the theme be: Anything goes with a Candle 🕯️, Light 🔦 and all things Bright 💡 option.

I made a gift bag, decorated with an image from Lili of the Valley, coloured with distress inks, and a stamped sentiment from E-bay. I really love the tiny brads but the jar I bought is almost empty now and it's Stampin´Up, which we don't have here in Sweden, so when they're gone they're gone...

🍭 Allsorts - Lace, real or faux🧵

This week at Allsorts Lynn wants us to use lace 🧵 - real or faux - on our projects so I once again got use of the yards upon yards of lace I bought from my local fabric shop. I made a gift bag (surprise 😜) using a wedding themed design paper and added some flowers, lace and glue dots as decoration. And if you're all out of stock then Anything goes is also fine.

We are sponsored this week by Chocolate Baroque, giving a lucky winner this fantastic stamp:

And if you're not familiar with the company, Chocolate Baroque will have two shows on Hochanda tomorrow, 10 am and 2 pm, which will feature some old favourites, new products and loads of inspiration from Lesley.

A Cheerful Snowman

I made a card using A Cheerful Snowman from the Paper shelter for their challenge Christmas is coming. It's such an adorable image, prints beautifully and so easy to colour.

Allsorts - for a child or a teen

This week at Allsorts the theme is for Children och Teens. I made a gift tag using an image from Lili of the Valley on a background that I made using a Tim Holtz mask and some distress inks and glimmer mist. It's been a long time since I used that tiny retro flower punch but they're quite pretty :).

Our prize this week comes from Craft Stash.

🍭Allsorts - Celebrations🎉🥳

This week at Allsorts Kath has set the theme to Celebrations 🎉🥳, could be a birthday, engagement, anniversary or whatever else you celebrate.

I went with this adorable backing paper with bunnies and made the entire card in beige and light brown. I die cut the tag and the sentiment and the flower spray I made from thin steel wire and rice bead pearls. And of course my go to item, the shimmering water colour medium from Winsor & Newton, brings sparkle to anything, perfect for the flowers (and a tiny splash on the sentiment).

And the prize for a lucky winner this week:

Tonic Butterfly header die set

🍭Allsorts - Birthday cake or cupcakes 🍰🧁

This week at Allsorts it's Wendy's turn to set the challenge and she chose Birthday cake or cupcakes, mmmm yummy! 🍰🧁

I used this image from Whiff of Joy, a stamping company that is discontinued I'm afraid, but the mouse is called Henry. The text die is from Py Hobby. It's nice to have these gift tags ready to attach to presents for birthdays and other celebrations.
