Allsorts - Easter

Morning all,
we're in the middle of the Easter holiday so an Easter challenge at Allsorts sounds just about perfect! I made an Easter egg by taking a cheap store-bought egg (you know the ones with the horrid colours and pattern), painting it with my home-made gesso* and decorating it with flowers and lace.

*Home-made gesso:
1/4 cup Talcum Powder, 1 tablespoon White All purpose School Glue, 1 tablespoon White Craft Paint Add some Water if you want it thinner.
