Goodies

My confidence got a real boost yesterday. First I got a spotlight on Digital Doodlings here and then I won January's sketch competition at my local scrap shop here. The great part about the sketch competition is that the winner isn't drawn randomly, the amazing DT girls vote for the best contribution **very proud now**. And it's a welcome addition of 250 SEK (21 GBP) to shop for in the store, hehe.

Today I made a gift bag by using a bag I bought chocolate in at an airport in Germany before Christmas (never throw anything away!).

I just ripped it apart and drew a new one on a piece of cardstock. There is no template, there are no measurements cause they are all messed up, truly sorry ladies!

But this is what I did.

Copied the lines on a cardstock, cut and folded.

Put sticky strip in the corners.

Fastened the sticky strip on the inside of the bag to form the bottom. Looks weird, I know.

Now you can see the bottom... Filled a cello bag with my favourite tea (rooibos with champagne, strawberry and vanilla, mmm) and stapled it to the back.

And this is the front, stamped, distressed and crackle painted.

This is for Creative Inspirations (pink and cream), Creative Card Crew (Valentine), Papertake Weekly (Love actually), ABC challenge (N is for new stash)
